Is Blur on PlayStation?

I've been hearing a lot about the new game 'Blur' and its high-octane racing action. It seems to be quite popular among PC and Xbox gamers, but I'm wondering if it's also available on PlayStation? Given PlayStation's reputation for great exclusive titles and its loyal fanbase, I'm curious to know if 'Blur' has made its way to the console.
