Which country can play Lost Ark?

So, I've been hearing a lot about this game called Lost Ark lately and I'm really interested in giving it a try. But before I dive in, I'm wondering, which countries can actually play Lost Ark? Is it available worldwide or are there any restrictions? I'd love to know if I'm eligible to join in on the adventure or if I'll need to use a VPN or some other workaround to access the game.
