Can I gift a Fortnite crew?

Can I gift a Fortnite Crew subscription to someone else? I've been wondering if it's possible to share the benefits of being a Crew member with a friend or family member who also enjoys playing the game. I understand that it's a monthly subscription service, but is there a way to gift it to someone else as a thoughtful present? I'd love to know if this is possible and how it would work if so.
