Can you buy all the Power Moons?

I'm curious, is it actually possible to purchase all the Power Moons in the game? I've heard they're quite valuable and can be used to unlock new abilities and progress further in the game. But is there a limit to how many you can acquire, or can you theoretically buy them all? I'm interested in knowing if there's a strategy or method to collecting them all, or if it's simply a matter of grinding and exploring every corner of the game world. Can you shed some light on this for me?
