Is FEI the same as FDA registration number?

Excuse me, but could you clarify something for me? I've come across the term "FEI" and I'm wondering if it's somehow related to or interchangeable with an FDA registration number. As someone who works in the field of cryptocurrency and finance, I'm not overly familiar with medical or pharmaceutical regulations, so any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Are FEI and FDA registration numbers two separate entities, or is there some connection between them that I'm missing?
