What is the firo theory?

The FIRO theory, also known as the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation theory, was introduced by William Schutz in 1958. It is a theory of interpersonal relations that explains most human interaction through three dimensions: Inclusion, Control, and Affection. These dimensions measure how much interaction a person wants in socializing, leadership, and more intimate personal relations.
