I'm not getting any emails from coinpayments and I'm not sure why. I've been expecting some important notifications but they never seem to arrive. Could there be a problem with my account or their email system?

If you have checked your spam folder and still cannot find any emails from us, there might be another reason behind this. It could be that the email address you are using to check for our emails is not the same one you registered with for your CoinPayments account.
