The Pacific Exchange Rate Service is a service provided by Prof. Werner Antweiler at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, since 1996. It offers daily average exchange rates determined by trades in the Toronto interbank market, except for certain rates based on ECB daily reference rates.
